Giovanna Jara

Giovanna is a senior at John Jay College of Criminal Justice majoring in Forensic Psychology. She has worked with accused and formerly incarcerated individuals in non-profit organizations. Her main research interests are Minor-Attracted Persons and stigma.

 

 

Dominique Rivera

Dominique is a Forensic Psychology BA/MA student at John Jay and expects to graduate in December of 2020. She will be completing her master’s thesis under the supervision of Dr. Elizabeth Jeglic, on perpetrator use of drugs and alcohol and its effect on aggression in the commission of sexual offenses. Dominique’s research interests include psychopathy, sexual violence, assessment of juvenile offenders, juvenile justice reform, and the efficacy of mental health courts.
