Faron Adamson, CPA
Certified Public Accountant, MBA
Faron is a Missouri licensed Certified Public Accountant and has a background in corporate accounting and operations management. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration with an undergraduate degree in Accounting. For twelve years, he performed day-to-day accounting functions for eleven Pizza Hut restaurants as separate units. This included the preparation of monthly financial statements and all related tax filings. During this time he began his public accounting practice in Hartville (weekends and evenings). After he left Pizza Hut in 1996, Faron expanded his public accounting practice and opened an office in Lebanon which includes accounting, payroll and tax services as well as financial advisements for business and individuals in multiple states. Many of his clients have been served for over 25 years. From 2006 to 2011, Faron worked at Engrave-A-Crete as CFO, responsible for the financial management, capital budgeting, and accounting functions while continuing his Lebanon office. Faron has also served as adjunct professor for Webster University MBA program, Park University Business department and Columbia College accounting department. He has taught many accounting, finance, and computer classes for these universities, primarily at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Faron is currently working full time at his office in Lebanon. Faron is a Hartville native and is married to Cindy (Johns) Adamson. They have three daughters and son-in-laws, Tonya & Jim Wilson, Jennifer & Jackie O'Quinn, and Whitney & Spencer Ferguson; and eight grandchildren, Richie, Linley & Eric Wilson, Johnathan Crisp, Jackie & Jamen O'Quinn, and Kaylee & Jayla Ferguson. Faron & Cindy also raise beef cattle on their farm in Hartville. Faron served 27 years as a member of the Hartville R2 School Board and is currently a board member of The Hartville School District Education Foundation.

Whitney Ferguson Whitney graduated from Drury University in 2002 with a B.A. in Accounting and from Columbia College in 2008 with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). She worked with us part-time throughout college and began as a full-time staff accountant in 2002. In 2006 she left to work at Engrave-A-Crete as an Accounting Supervisor and in 2012 became the Corporate Controller at Do Outdoors (Lews) in Springfield. She continues to work part-time.

Iris Martin Iris graduated from Missouri State University in 2006 with a B.S. in Accounting. Iris worked with us from 2007 to 2010 when she left to work in the banking industry. Cindy Adamson Cindy graduated from MSU with a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Masters Degree in Elementary Education. She also worked with teaching technology to teachers from 2006-2013. She retired from public teaching in 2013. She completed 3 years of business and accounting classes before changing her major to education. Cindy helps with accounting and tax clients; she is also responsible for our website and office technology. |
Tonya Wilson Tonya graduated from MSU with a Bachelor of Science in Education and received her Masters Degree in Elementary Administration from William Woods University. She teaches 6th grade Math & Science at Hartville School. You can find Tonya at the office most Saturdays working on accounting. |
Johnathan Crisp Johnathan is attending OTC and working in the office part-time doing data entry and general errands. |
